The Hawea 2-bedroom version of the Hawea kitset is definitely one of everyone's favourite. It is compact, comfortable, affordable, high-end, and really good looking. The combination of dark coloured metal cladding on the sides and ligh coloured larch on the gable-end walls create constrast to the facade, adding depth to the house. This residence was built on timber subfloor with floors, walls, and roof being Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) and is a high-performing house.
