The house is entirely constructed from SIPs, which provides minimal heat loss. Also, the state of the art Zendar heat recovery ventilation system ensures the house performs efficiently and can be heated with little cost.

The vertical Larch cladding was chosen as it doesn’t require treatment and will go silver/grey once aged, which will blend into its surroundings.

The concept was provided by the client and their son for this two bed beach front property in the Catlins.
