The clients brought us a concept of a house that falls off the large rock face at the back of the section. This was achieved by sloping SIP’s roof panels and placing windows and claddings on the same angles. As a consequence of that, the interior space gained larger volume. The project is aiming at Net-zero and this has been archived by creating a passive standard house with triple glazing and heat recovery ventilation system.
Total area: 163.5m2
SPOTLIGHT
The house has very low energy use and this is offset with 5kW solar system mounted on the roof.
We look forward to working alongside our clients to achieve success.
